EMERGENCY ROOM CHECKLIST
Emergency room trips (typically when a loved one is taken to the hospital in an ambulance) are usually stressful enough as it is, so having a checklist already prepped ahead of time can really help mitigate some of that stress.
This checklist was put together for us by Susan Scarff, author of Dementia: The Journey Ahead: A Practical Guide for In-Home Caregivers, and founder of Dementia: The Journey Ahead, a free Facebook Support Group.
We hope it helps, and please let us know if you have any suggestions on items to add to this list to help others!
